“We just had THE best ever experience purchasing a car from Farmer Autovillage! Everything about this business screamed total professionalism, care and service. From the moment we walked onto their Jeep forecourt we were treated so incredibly well we were blown away! We had travelled up from Pahiatua to visit family and decided to take a Renegade for a test drive - we are avid Jeep fans and wanted a new car to replace our 11 year old Compass. Adam Shelley, the Sales Specialist, was thoroughly professional, warm, friendly and helpful - the entire experience was faultless. We decided on that trip (back in November) to wait a while, but fate stepped in when I crashed my Compass just before Christmas. So.... we made the decision to contact Adam to see if the deal he had offered was still available....not only was it available, he sweetened the deal even further. So long story short, we drove up on Monday from Pahiatua and took delivery of our gorgeous new Renegade Limited - complete with all the bells and whistles. We had the pleasure of meeting, Finance Business Manager Ashley Turner, and she too was incredibly professional and helpful. Farmers blew us away with the level of service, the added value we received but most of all, their friendly professional service. If we could award more the five stars, we would!! Highly recommend this Dealership, so much so that we have committed to take the Jeep up there for each Warranty Service. "
